Repository files show one state. Releases, tags, and attached notes can preserve another.
When a publication delegates verification, the useful record may live outside the page itself.
Quiet Ledger is maintained as a lightweight FerroGlyph publication. It does not collect accounts, analytics, or visitor profiles. The point is the record itself: what was published, what changed, and what another researcher can verify without private access.
The current desk inherited the publication after an October maintenance handoff. Older operational credits were removed from the visible footer when the handoff was completed, but public-facing publication records were not rewritten to erase their history.
Published by FerroGlyph for the Evil Trust 2026 field series. Pages are static, dependency-light, and intended to remain readable without client-side scripting.
